La inversión supera los 40 millones de bolívares
El moderno recinto educativo beneficiará a mil 500 estudiantes de la parroquia Alto de Los Godos
Ana Rodríguez Mayorga /Prensa Gobernación.- El pensamiento educativo del Comandante eterno Hugo Chávez, se inmortaliza y sigue trascendiendo en el tiempo, y lo pudieron constatar los residentes de la comunidad “Brisas de La Cascada” en la parroquia Alto de Los Godos del municipio Maturín.
Y es que la gobernadora revolucionaria Yelitza Santaella, siguiendo el legado del líder revolucionario, inauguró este miércoles el Complejo Educativo “Gigante de América Hugo Chávez Frías”, en el cual unos mil 500 estudiantes de etapa Pre-Escolar hasta el Ciclo Diversificado, podrán recibir sus clases.
“Retomamos la construcción de esta importante instalación educativa, dando vida a la obra del Comandante Chávez, quien no escatimó esfuerzos para llevar la educación hasta lo más rotundo. Y en tan sólo tres meses hicimos realidad el sueño de estos 735 niños con los que estaremos iniciando las actividades académicas”, aseguró la mandataria.
Para la construcción y equipamiento de este recinto educativo, fueron destinados más de 40 millones de bolívares; lo cual permitió que el mismo contara con 18 modernas aulas educativas distribuidas en tres niveles, cinco administrativas, dos laboratorios, un comedor, 11 baños, un depósito y dos salas de computación las cuales llevarán el nombre del mártir revolucionario, Robert Serra.
Santaella estuvo acompañada del Poder Popular, el diputado a la Asamblea Nacional (AN), Carlos Flores; el General de Brigada, Raúl Alfonso Paredes; la Autoridad Única en Educación en la región, Carmen Martínez y los niños que conforman el Semillero de la Patria, al tiempo que destacó la trasformación social que este complejo educativo aportará a los habitantes de esta comunidad.
La Jefa del Ejecutivo regional informó que parte de la construcción de esta infraestructura fue ejecutada por la misma comunidad con la asesoría de los ingenieros que trabajan en el Instituto de la Vivienda del estado Monagas (IVIM).
“Al menos 126 empleos generó, de manera directa, esta infraestructura y más de 550 empleos indirectos. Esta es la educación en tiempos de Chávez en Revolución y con revolucionarios, como hijos e hijas de Chávez”, comentó.
Estas instalaciones serán utilizadas para impartir conocimiento en el horario nocturno por los facilitadores de la Misión Sucre, extendiendo así lo beneficios educativos al resto de los habitantes de la zona.
