Santaella entregó 30 nuevos hogares dignos en Barrancas de Jusepin
Durante este Jueves de Vivienda fueron otorgadas un total de mil 583 casas en nueve estados del país.
Greicys Teresen/ Prensa Gobernación de Monagas.- “Estamos entregando 30 nuevos hogares en el sector Barrancas de Jusepin del municipio Maturín, lo que significa que seguimos avanzando en la construcción de viviendas dignas para mejorar la calidad de vida de los monaguenses”.
Así lo informó la gobernadora de Monagas, Yelitza Santaella, quien a su vez destacó que la inversión para ejecutar estas casas fue de 7 millones 823 mil 360 bolívares, y las mismas fueron construidas en trabajo articulado por Min-Comunas, consejo comunal de la zona y los beneficiarios.
Durante la entrega la mandataria regional estuvo acompañada por el director del Órgano Superior de la Vivienda en Monagas, Juan José Ramírez.
Santaella además entregó 105 títulos de propiedad, de las cuales 30 corresponden a las viviendas entregadas en este sector y 75 de las casas que fueron otorgadas desde el año 2011 y hasta la fecha en los sectores Barrancas y Sabana de Jusepin.
Explicó que la entrega de estas nuevas soluciones habitacionales se suman a otras 30 que fueron entregadas en el estado Monagas, y forman parte de las mil 583 que se otorgaron este Jueves de Vivienda en nueve estados del país a través de la Gran Misión Vivienda Venezuela (GMVV).
Precisó que actualmente en Jusepin están siendo ejecutadas 121 casas.
Culminadas y en ejecución
Por otra parte, la Jefa del Gobierno de Monagas, informó que desde el año 2011 y hasta el 2017 han sido culminadas 58 mil 312 viviendas, mientras que unas 15 mil 640 se encuentran en fase de ejecución.
