Andrinés Zorrilla / Prensa Gobernación.- Para continuar mejorando las capacidades del personal profesional, obrero y administrativo de los entes centralizados y descentralizados, la Gobernación de Monagas viene realizando una serie de talleres de formación a través de la dirección de Talento Humano, conjuntamente con el Instituto de Capacitación Educativa (Inces) así como el Centro Bolivariano de Informática y Telemática (Cbit).
Marianela Araujo, encargada de la Unidad de Formación de la Dirección de Talento Humano del Ejecutivo regional, explicó que en el Cbit que funciona en el liceo público Jesús Zambrano, culminó la capacitación que desde hace dos semanas se venía ofreciendo mediante un curso de informática básica donde participaron 19 personas del sector obrero y administrativo de la dirección musical y del ente que representa, y cuya instrucción estuvo a cargo de la ingeniera Carmen Hoyos.
Así mismo, indicó que esta formación se ha llevado a cabo en los diversos Cbit que funcionan, en la Escuela de Talento Humano, ubicado en el Polideportivo, así como el de Las Cocuizas.
Indicó que estos cursos de informática, que abarcan aprendizajes básicos e intermedios y avanzadossobre hojas de cálculoy otros aspectos, serán dictados hasta el mes de noviembre y en total serán 6 los cursos que impartirán en esa área, por lo que estima que un total de 120 servidores públicos serán capacitados.
Anunció que la próxima semana se estará llevando a cabo otro curso de ofimática básica en esa institución educativa y el próximo mes, en la escuela de talento del Polideportivo, se realizará un curso de capacitación dirigido al personal de Protección Civil. Sobre este último comentó que dicho taller se tenía previsto dictarlo hace pocos días, pero debido a la intensa actividad que han tenido esos trabajadores motivada a las fuertes precipitaciones caídas en los últimos días el mismo fue suspendido.
Destacó que estos talleres de formación se están impartiendo de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada organismo y para ello se están enviando planillas donde se deberá indicar qué aspectos requieren fortalecer y mejorar en sus empleados. Agradeció el apoyo que viene brindado el Inces así como el Cbit para esta formación de personal.
