Este miércoles se hicieron labores de esterilización de las áreas para lograr la asepsia de los espacios de salud donde se atienden los diferentes servicios
Romer Badell / Prensa Gobernación de Monagas.- Enmarcado dentro del Plan de Humanización de la Emergencia del Hospital Universitario “Dr. Manuel Núñez Tovar” (Humnt), promovido por el Instituto Único de Salud del estado Monagas (InsaMonagas), esta semana se cumplió con éxito la II Etapa de este operativo que busca cambiarle el rostro al área de salud del nosocomio universitario.
En subdirector de la emergencia, Jesús González, destacó en esta oportunidad que se cumplió la nueva fase de trabajo en la cual se intensifica el cambio de imagen del área de emergencia para lograr espacios más humanizados y en mejores condiciones para los pacientes y familiares
El médico especialista aseguró que en las recientes labores se acondicionó, pulió y desafectó el pasillo principal que comunica el Hospital con la sala de urgencias, además del área de pediatría, trauma shock y sala de tratamiento. Estos trabajos se realizan en las áreas definidas como zona de alto riesgo o de alta complejidad y la de menos riesgo o de menos complejidad.
“A mí me ha tocado pasar por todas las salas, y he pedido que todos los pisos, paredes y rincones deben estar limpios, para que los pacientes se sientan en mejores condiciones al igual que el personal médico y de enfermería. Todo debe estar en su lugar y desinfectado”, dijo.
La limpieza, acondicionamiento y esterilización se cumple dentro del Plan de Humanización del Servicio de Salud, impulsado por InsaMonagas.
