Yraida Fernández/Prensa Gobernación.- En una rueda de prensa la gobernadora revolucionaria de Monagas, Yelitza Santaella manifestó su satisfacción por la gran movilización que se llevó acabo en el pasado jueves en las avenidas Bolívar y Bicentenario de Maturín, donde asistió el primer vicepresidente del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (Psuv), Diosdado Cabello.
Asimismo la gobernadora también aplaudió el fallo dictaminado por los tribunales del estado a favor donde se exponía el fraude, realizado durante la recolección del uno por ciento de las firmar recogidas por la llamada Mesa de la Unidad Democrática para solicitar el referendo revocatorio.
Cabe resaltar que en la recolección del uno por ciento de las rubricas se encontraron personas fallecidas, menores de edad y militantes de la revolución que no habían firmados, a los cuales les fueron usurpados sus nombres violándoles su identidad.

Cinco estados
Recordó que el Poder Judicial suspendió el uno por ciento de recolección de firmas en Monagas y cuatro estados más del país como son: Aragua, Apure, Carabobo y Bolívar, debido a la misma situación de fraudes en las rubricas.
La mandataria regional aseveró hay que hacer valer las leyes, por lo cual están acatando la decisión tomada por los tribunales y que están seguro que el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) como ente rector también acatará esta medida.
Resaltó que si la oposición va recoger firmas deben hacerlo por la vía legal y respetando el derecho de los demás, “así como ellos exigen un referendo nosotros también, pedimos a la derecha que hagan las cosas bien, que no engañen al pueblo, ya que estaremos firmes ante cualquier tipo de fraude con las estatutos legales en las manos”, esgrimió la mandataria monaguense.
Responsables castigados
En cuanto a la culpabilidad de estos hechos Santaella afirmó que los responsables sean castigados con todo el peso de ley, “porque no es justo que aquí se cometa un delito y nos quedemos de brazos cruzados, ellos deben pagar por eso, ya es una violación no solo a la constitución y a las instituciones sino también a la colectividad, en especial a aquellas personas a las cuales les usurparon sus nombres”, resaltó.
Dio a conocer que esta querella presentada ante los Tribunales fue realizada basándose en el marco jurídico, reclamando un derecho como ciudadanos y el cual esta contemplado en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, como la principal ley que rige al país.
