Ocho mil 175 viviendas fueron rehabilitadas a través del Plan Remate
Ana Rodríguez Mayorga /Prensa Gobernación.- Gracias al trabajo articulado que viene desarrollando la Gobernación Bolivariana de Monagas y la Gran Misión Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor (BNBT) el cual busca generar condiciones organizativas, materiales, sociales y políticas que contribuyan con el Vivir Bien de los monaguenses, 23 sectores populares que forman parte de los nueve corredores viales en la región, han sido beneficiados.
Así lo informó el General de División Raúl Alfonzo Paredes, coordinador regional de este importante programa social, nacido en revolución, quien además resaltó que un total de dos mil 140 viviendas han sido rehabilitadas en Monagas y 824 se encuentran en ejecución.
“De la mano con la Gobernadora hemos venido atendiendo al pueblo de Monagas con las bondades que ofrece esta hermosa misión, como lo es Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor”, dijo.
Paredes mencionó algunos de los sectores favorecidos, como Chacaíto, Callejón La Planta de Morichal, Prados del Sur I, San Judas Tadeo II, Villa Heroica Sur, La Orquídea, Pinto Salinas, Santa Inés, Agua Clara y Vista del Sol.
Plan Remate
Asimismo resaltó que al menos ocho mil 175 viviendas fueron culminadas en el Plan Remate que contempla este programa, e indicó que otras 600 se encuentran en ejecución.
El funcionario explicó que este plan consiste en la colocación de puertas y ventanas, además de embellecer las fachadas de las casas con friso y pintura.
Escuchando a las comunidades
Durante un encuentro sostenido con los representantes del consejo comunal de Prados del Sur I y II, el coordinador regional de la Gran Misión Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor, escuchó las nuevas peticiones hechas por los habitantes de estas comunidades, para dar continuidad a las acciones que han beneficiado a los residentes de estos sectores.
“Un total de 153 viviendas estamos rehabilitando en Prados del Sur I y continuamos sumando más hogares para reacondicionarlos”, puntualizó.
