En los últimos meses la alta demanda producto de la temporada de vacaciones escolares ha incrementado la solicitud de este trámite en la sede del poder sanitario.
Romer Badell/Prensa Gobernación de Monagas.- La llegada de la época de vacaciones incrementó en la sede del Instituto Único de Salud del estado Monagas (InsaMonagas), la tramitación del Certificado Internacional de Salud, requisito indispensable para poder salir del para aquellos viajeros que cumplirán funciones en el exterior.
Tan solo en el mes de julio al 30 de agosto del año en curso, se han tramitado 824 certificados en las últimas ocho semanas duplicando así el número de solicitudes realizas en el primer trimestre del año 2016.
Así lo informó la Dra. Aida Gamaousse de Maldonado, directora de la Dirección de Epidemiología Regional, adscrita a InsaMonagas, quien aseguró que a través de la Coordinación del Programa Ampliado de Inmunizaciones se evalúan los recaudos necesarios para la entrega y formalización de este documento de interés sanitario.
Acotó Gamaousse que debido a las funciones propias del Departamento se asignó los días martes desde las 8 de la mañana para atender a los viajeros que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud (MPPPS), para aquellos países que solicitan el Certificado Internacional de Salud.
La funcionaria aseguró que debido a la alta demanda son atendidos los días martes entre 80 y 90 personas, “todo esto debido a nuestro compromiso y a la necesidad de cada una de las personas que con sacrificio buscan este documento para cumplir labores educativas fuera de las fronteras venezolanas y que nosotros con responsabilidad procesamos”, dijo.
La enfermera coordinadora del Programa de Inmunización, Lcda., Mirian Martínez aseguró que la modalidad de atención a un solo día por semana ha permitido duplicar la capacidad de atención a los usuarios, toda vez que anteriormente se atendían sólo 30 personas a la semana “y ahora atendemos a más de 80 viajeros en un solo día de trabajo en la sede de la Dirección Regional de Salud”, acotó.
La recepción de los requisitos y posterior procesamiento del Certificado Internacional de salud se realiza todos los martes en la sede de InsaMonagas, al frente del terminal interurbano de Maturín desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 4 de la tarde
Antes de solicitar el Certificado Internacional de Salud, debes tener a la mano Certificado Internacional de Vacunación o Profilaxis el cual lo expiden los ambulatorio rurales o urbanos, consultorios populares o centros de diagnóstico integral.
Estos son los requisitos:
- Verificar si el país que visitará exige el Certificado de vacunación o profilaxia (ver listado de países que exigen la vacunación contra Fiebre Amarilla).
- Ser vacunado en un establecimiento de salud público (Ambulatorio rural o urbano, Consultorios Populares, Centros de diagnóstico Integral, Hospitales, del MPPS, IVSS, IPASME, Alcaldías, PDVSA) del área de influencia de su comunidad donde se llenará la tarjeta de control de vacunación, en la cual se especifica la fecha de vacunación con ANTIAMARÍLICA, Número de lote, laboratorio proveedor y fecha de vencimiento. (Debe incluirse la Triple Viral)
- Las personas que hayan sido vacunadas anteriormente, deben llevar la tarjeta de vacunación donde se registró número de lote y fecha en que se vacunó, con lo cual se le podrá emitir el Certificado internacional, sin necesidad de re-vacunarse.
- Después de emitido el certificado resguárdelo con su pasaporte a fin de no extraviarlo.
