de la empresa Guardián
La Gobernadora informó que esta empresa arrancó sus actividades con aporte del Gobierno regional
Ana Rodríguez Mayorga /Prensa Gobernación.- La gobernadora revolucionaria Yelitza Santaella, indicó que el Gobierno Bolivariano recuperará la fábrica de vidrios Guardián de Venezuela en la Zona Industrial de Maturín (Zimca).
La primera autoridad del estado, señaló que esta empresa arrancó sus operaciones con el aporte del Gobierno nacional en 1988, refiriéndose específicamente a la asignación de 300 mil hectáreas en Zimca, de los cuales tuvo participación la fábrica Guardián.
“Así como la empresa Guardian, hay muchas empresas en Venezuela que también nacieron con recursos del Estado y ahora pretenden cerrar sus puertas para impactar negativamente en la economía del país, pues no se lo vamos a permitir”, acotó.
Santaella sostuvo que en 1988 esta empresa inició sus labores con recursos del Estado, a través de la Fundación de Desarrollo de Monagas (Fundemos), logrando consolidar junto con una participación de la empresa privada Floven, la planta de Vidrios Monagas, esta última sólo canceló el 20 por ciento de las acciones propietarias y con el pasar del tiempo en el Gobierno de la Cuarta, traspasaron esta importante empresa a manos de las transnacionales, sin que cancelarán su cuota.
“Esta empresa tiene al menos cuatro años en el olvido y seis meses inoperativa sin que nadie la conduzca y sus empleados han sido arreglados como peón de fábrica”, explicó.
Guardián de Venezuela es una trasnacional que opera en 22 países de los cinco continentes, con 35 años funcionando y una nómina mundial de 19 mil empleados.
