más de 267 mil toneladas de alimentos
Ha realizado un total de 348 jornadas en Monagas
José Ignacio Piñango/Prensa Gobernación.- Como parte de la Gran Misión Abastecimiento Soberano impulsado por el presidente Nicolás Maduro, la gobernadora revolucionaria de Monagas, Yelitza Santaella, ha expendido más de 267 mil toneladas de alimentos al Poder Popular de la entidad.
Así lo expresó la mandataria regional durante una entrevista realizada en un medio local de radio y televisión.
“Hemos beneficiado a más de 76 mil personas en todo el estado Monagas, donde a través de los Comités Locales de Abastecimiento y Producción y jornadas de ventas al pueblo, llevando comidas al Poder Popular organizado, con la realización de 348 jornadas alimentarias, porque a pesar de la Guerra Económica vamos a garantizar el sano derecho a la alimentación”.
Indicó que el Gobierno revolucionario seguirá garantizando el alimento al pueblo venezolano.
Las diferentes comunidades de cada municipio de la entidad, han mostrado su agradecimiento a las políticas aplicadas por el presidente Nicolás Maduro, y que en Monagas lidera Yelitza Santaella.
Monagas productora de carne
La jefa de gobierno regional manifestó que Monagas es una de las entidades productoras de carne. Expresó que sostuvo un encuentro con distribuidores y carniceros de la región con el fin de garantizar el precio de la carne de primera en tres mil 800 bolívares por kilo.
“Gracias a estas reuniones hemos fijado como precio máximo el kilo de carne de primera en tres mil 800 bolívares, y de allí para abajo los demás cortes; además de realizar las inspecciones necesarias porque no vamos a permitir el abigeato en ningún sector del estado Monagas”.
De igual forma Santaella invitó a todos los empresarios de la entidad que quieran trabajar por la producción, los cuales serán bienvenidos.
Producción de maíz
Del mismo modo la Gobernadora señaló que en la entidad son sembradas más de 25 mil hectáreas de maíz que se colocarán a disposición del Gobierno nacional para la producción de harina de maíz precocida, que será expendida al pueblo monaguense a través de la planta de harina de maíz ubicada en el municipio Cedeño.
“Desde el Gobierno regional continuamos trabajando en pro de la producción de la entidad, para llevar la mayor suma de felicidad al pueblo”.
