Realizarán nueva jornada de esterilización
en el hospital Simón Bolívar
Más de 50 mujeres serán atendidas.
José Ignacio Piñango/Prensa Gobernación.- El Gobierno revolucionario de Yelitza Santaella continúa ejecutando las jornadas de esterilización a mujeres de la región que así lo requieran. Nuevamente, el Hospital Simón Bolívar de La Cruz, en el municipio Maturín, atenderá a más de 50 féminas para realizarles estas cirugías, así lo indicó la doctora Inés Medina, directora del centro de salud.
“En esta segunda jornada de esterilización vamos a operar a 50 mujeres de Maturín, es un trabajo que venimos realizando conjuntamente con el Gobierno regional, a través de la Dirección Regional de Salud, la cual era una deuda quirúrgica y la estamos cumpliendo con el apoyo del personal médico y de enfermeras que labora en este nosocomio”, indicó.
Así mismo destacó el apoyo que ha prestado la Zona Industrial de Maturín –Zimca-. “Todas aquellas mujeres que necesiten y deseen ser esterilizadas las invitamos a que se acerquen a la sede del hospital Simón Bolívar para ser evaluadas y posteriormente operadas”, acotó.
Jornada de desparasitación
Medina también informó que en los próximos días se estará realizando una jornada de desparasitación en las comunidades que integran la parroquia Santa Cruz de Maturín, además de los colegios públicos e instituciones privadas.
“Primero vamos a atender a las comunidades más desasistidas de la parroquia con estas jornada de desparasitación y charlas preventivas de Enfermedades de Transmisión Sexual (ETS). Posteriormente visitaremos los Colegios públicos y privados con una avanzada de médicos y médicas del tercer año de Medicina General Integral (MGI). Así mismo estaremos incluyendo en el cronograma las comunidades adyacentes a la parroquia”.
Apoyo gubernamental
Por su parte el presidente de la Zona Industrial de Maturín, Jesús González, anunció que esta institución gubernamental continúa apoyando a este centro de salud de Maturín, con la entrega de más de 400 mil bolívares en los últimos dos meses.
“Hemos entregado al Hospital Simón Bolívar de Maturín más de 400 mil bolívares para gastos y funcionamiento, así como apoyar en la realización de las jornadas médicas quirúrgicas que se han venido realizando, todo con el respaldo de la gobernadora revolucionaria de MonagasYelitza Santaella”.
