Gracias a las labores de Patrullaje Inteligente establecidas en el dispositivo Navidad Segura 2015, este martes en horas de la tarde en el sector la Voz del Río, el gobierno revolucionario de Yelitza Santaella a través de la Policía Socialista del Estado Monagas (PoliMonagas), desmanteló la banda “Los del Río”, la cual se dedicaba al robo y hurto de residencias.
Así lo dio a conocer el secretario del Poder Popular para la Prevención y Seguridad Ciudadana, también director del mencionado cuerpo policial, coronel (GNB) José Ángel González Espín, quien señaló que esta organización delictiva estaba integrada por un adulto y tres menores de edad.
“Aproximadamente a las 3:00 de la tarde de este martes, efectivos de la Policía del Estado, durante labores de patrullaje por la comunidad la Voz del Río, sector Bajo Guarapiche de Maturín, recibieron una llamada de emergencia por parte de los vecinos de la referida localidad, quienes denunciaron que varios sujetos armados habían ingresado a una residencia ubicada en la calle Igualdad”, indicó.
Frustran robo
El Jefe policial explicó que de acuerdo a las informaciones de las víctimas, uno de los implicados sometió con un arma de fuego a dos miembros de la familia.
“Los efectivos policiales se trasladaron de inmediato a la vivienda ubicada en la calle Igualdad, sector La Voz del Río. Al ingresar, los cuatro sujetos intentaron huir pero decidieron entregarse, logrando frustrar el presunto robo”, dijo González Espín.
Arma incautada
El Coronel precisó que en el momento de la aprehensión, fue retenida un arma de fuego, tipo Revólver, calibre 38, con seis balas y cinco conchas sin percutir.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como Beiker Eduardo Allen Rodríguez de 18 años, quien se encuentra recluido en los calabozos de PoliMonagas a las órdenes de la Fiscalía Tercera del Ministerio Público, y dos adolescentes de 16 y 17 años de edad, los cuales fueron trasladados a la entidad socio educativa “José Francisco Bermúdez” de la referida institución de seguridad, y se encuentran a la disposición de la Fiscalía Vigésima, por el presunto delito de Porte ilícito de arma de fuego.

Se pudo conocer que los jóvenes involucrados, presentaron solicitud por varios delitos.
“El joven de 16 años, estaba solicitado por el Juzgado Primero de Ejecución de Adolescentes, por el delito de Aprovechamiento de vehículo proveniente del robo; mientras que su similar de 17, también era requerido por Robo agravado”, aseveró el coronel González Espín.
