Para contribuir con el bienestar socioeconómico del pueblo de Monagas, el Gobierno revolucionario a través del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Transporte Terrestre, este miércoles entregó 200 taxis marca Chery Orinoco a igual número de personas residenciadas en la entidad.
El otorgamiento de estos vehículos fue realizado en el estacionamiento del estadio Monumental de Maturín, y estuvo encabezado por la gobernadora revolucionaria Yelitza Santaella, en compañía del presidente de la Asamblea Nacional (AN), diputado Diosdado Cabello y candidato a la reelección por Monagas a las parlamentarias del 6 de diciembre.
Cabello aseguró que hasta la fecha en todo el territorio venezolano han sido entregados al menos 10 mil automóviles y que en los próximos días adjudicarán otros dos mil quinientos, de los cuales 100 corresponden a Monagas.
“Ya los carros están en Puerto Cabello y antes del 6 de diciembre estaremos entregando dos mil 500 vehículos que fueron adquiridos bajo el convenio China-Venezuela”, anunció.
El diputado instó a los beneficiarios a dar un uso social y consciente a estas unidades.
Los candidatos de la patria por Monagas a las elecciones nacionales de diputados, acompañaron al Poder popular durante la entrega del parque automotor.
Entre tanto la mandataria regional, informó que estos vehículos fueron distribuidos entre los profesionales del volante de la Federación Bolivariana de Transporte del Estado Monagas (FBTM), los Círculos de Lucha Popular (CLP) y demás organizaciones populares.
“El pueblo está sumamente contento al recibir estos carros nuevos de paquetes, esto realmente sólo es posible en revolución”, exclamó.
Santaella aseguró que en los próximos días estarán anunciando la creación de nuevas rutas que serán cubiertas por estas nuevas unidades de transporte.

Por su parte los miembros de la FBTM, elevaron al presidente de la AN, la creación de una Autoridad Única de Transporte en la entidad, y de esta manera atacar frontalmente el problema que afecta a los monaguenses en esta materia.
Agradecieron este gesto de justicia social al favorecer al pueblo humilde y trabajador del volante de todos los municipios que conforman la geografía monaguense.
