La Gobernación Bolivariana del estado Monagas, a través del Instituto de Cultura de Maturín (ICUM), invita a la inauguración de la primera Mega Exposición del Arte Oriente 2015, que se llevará a efecto el próximo 30 de septiembre, en la Sala “Chaim Villarroel” del Museo Mateo Manaure en el Complejo Cultural de la ciudad.
Este evento tiene el propósito de enaltecer a todos los artistas plásticos que fortalecen la cultura a través del grabado, la pintura, el dibujo y la escultura, y que representan el gentilicio venezolano.
El director del Museo Mateo Manaure, José Fornes, informó que en “Esta fiesta del arte estarán participando más de 40 artistas plásticos de los estados Anzoátegui, Bolívar, Delta Amacuro, Nueva Esparta y Monagas. El objetivo de esta exposición es proyectar el talento de nuestros artistas a nivel internacional”.
La exhibición contará con formatos libres en el arte, abstracto,cubismo, figurativo, cinetismo, grafismo, paisajismo y escultura,entre otros. Las obras serán expuestas durante un mes en esta Sala.
Los interesados en participar en esta exposición, tienen la oportunidad hasta el 20 de septiembre para entregar sus obras.
“Queremos que el Museo sea de una calidad pictórica alta, y estamos trabajando en ello. El director del ICUM, Alcides Martínez posee una sensibilidad profesional hacia el artista regional. Gracias a él, se fortalecen todas las expresiones artísticas del estado Monagas y más aún, dándole la oportunidad a quienes se inician en la pintura”, dijo Fornes.
Informó también que próximamente se estará creando el Círculo de Artistas Plásticos del Museo Mateo Manaure.
Se tiene prevista la exposición individual del pintor Alberto Araujo Guilartes, oriundo de la ciudad de Mérida, dedicada al arte histórico, quien presentará 30 obras de arte el próximo 16 de septiembre.
