“Siguiendo lineamientos de nuestro presidente Nicolás Maduro y en Monagas, de nuestra gobernadora Yelitza Santaella, iniciamos el proceso de organización de los funcionarios públicos para el impulso del Plan Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, con esta jornada efectuada en los espacios de la Red de Bibliotecas Pùblicas del Estado Monagas y con el apoyo de la doctora Elinor Morales, funcionaria de la Defensoría del Pueblo”, dijo.
Explicò que el propósito fundamental de este primer encuentro, es la formación de facilitadores en materia de Derechos Humanos.
“La preparación de nuestros funcionarios públicos es fundamental para salir a la batalla de ideas en comunidades de la mano con el Poder Popular. Este plan nacional consta de cinco ejes estructurantes, los cuales fortalecerán los conocimientos de nuestro pueblo, en las leyes emanadas de nuestra carta magna, la Constitución Bolivariana de Venezuela”, manifestó Figarella.
